This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website, request a quote, call us, or text us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

When you request a quote: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and anything you write about your pool.
When you call us: your phone number and the time and length of the call. If the owner cannot answer, an AI assistant answers instead. Those calls are recorded, and we keep the recording, a written transcript, and a short summary, including any name, phone number, and address you give. The caller hears that the call is recorded before the assistant picks up. Calls the owner answers himself are not recorded.
When you text us: your phone number and your message.
When you visit the website: standard technical information such as your browser type, the pages you view, and how you found us. If you arrive from one of our ads, we store the ad’s click identifier and campaign details in your browser and with any quote request you send.

To answer your request and provide the service you asked about
To call or text you back about your request, scheduling, and estimates
To measure whether our advertising works, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing)
To filter out spam submissions
To keep records of our business and comply with the law

Cookies and advertising

This site uses a Google advertising tag. It may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure our ads and to build an audience of past visitors that we can show our ads to on Google. When a quote request came from a Google ad, we may report that conversion to Google using the ad’s click identifier. If we share contact details with Google for this, they are converted into an irreversible code first.

Your choice: you can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page. When you do, this site stops loading advertising tags in your browser and stops storing which ad brought you here. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out. You can also limit ad personalization in Google’s ad settings.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

Vercel hosts this website.
Supabase stores quote requests and call and text records.
Twilio connects our phone calls and text messages.
Retell AI runs the AI phone assistant, records and transcribes those calls, and uses AI models from OpenAI to hold the conversation and summarize it.
Anthropic provides the AI model we use to screen quote requests for spam.
Resend delivers email notifications about new requests to our team.
Google provides advertising and measurement, and sends us requests from Google Local Services ads.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, call records, recordings, and texts for as long as we need them to serve you and run our business, and then delete them. Submissions we identify as spam are kept to improve our spam filtering. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it. California residents may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell it; our use of Google advertising tags may count as “sharing” under California law, and you can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page. If you text us, reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
